Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Email lumoriasupportservice@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you the return instructions.

Once your return arrives back with us and has been inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few days longer to display it.

Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund you in full, at no cost to you. You will never be asked to pay return shipping on a damaged or faulty item.
